有些喇叭内部电磁线圈漆包线端子接头是铝金属铆钉压接连接的，非牢靠焊接连接，如果端头漆包线上的绝缘漆处理不净或铆钉压接不牢靠很容易产生虚接故障，导致喇叭工作不良。此种故障是喇叭质量原因，只能换件。

如果长时间按喇叭易造成喇叭触点烧蚀而产生阻抗，流过电磁线圈的电流减弱，混凝土搅拌车电磁吸力下降无法吸引衔铁带动膜片正常振动，导致发音沙哑甚至不响。但不断按喇叭时，若瞬间强电流通过阻抗依然能正常工作，所以会时好时坏。
